At QUIZ LAB by GenZ IITian, we aim to provide high-quality educational content and resources to our students. Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we maintain a clear refund and cancellation policy. QUIZ LAB is part of GenZ IITian, and applicable GenZ IITian rules and terms also apply, subject to applicable law.

01 No Refund Policy

All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds once a course is purchased, except for a verified duplicate payment or where applicable law requires otherwise.

Our products are digital educational courses and access is granted after payment confirmation. Once course material is accessed, the digital service is considered delivered. This does not affect your rights under applicable law or the duplicate payment resolution described below.

02 No Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Due to the automated nature of enrollment, once a payment is successful, the order is processed and access may be linked to your account. Please review the item and price before confirming your purchase. If a payment or order has a technical issue, contact us promptly so we can investigate.

03 Reason for this Policy

We provide access to proprietary educational content, downloadable resources, and curriculum-specific study materials. Since these materials are made available digitally after purchase, access may not be reversible once the content has been viewed.

04 Duplicate Payment Resolution

If a technical issue leads to a duplicate payment for the same course or item, contact our support team immediately. After we verify the duplicate transaction, we will initiate a refund for the duplicate payment through the original payment method. Refund processing may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment gateway and your bank.
